We need to collect personal data relating to you for the purpose of providing tours, travel services and related products and services to you, including but not limited to submitting an application for, booking or confirming a tour, answering your enquiries, organising your tour, and managing your account and payment.

Why do I need to supply my data?

With your consent, you may (but are not obliged to) provide us your personal information so we can send you promotional information. With your permission, we will use personal data relating to you to send you promotional information about our products and services. You may withdraw your permission at any time, but this shall not affect any processing done before you withdraw your consent.

If you do not provide us with your contact information, we will not be able to contact you to ask you your comments on our services. In certain circumstances, we may need to contact you urgently regarding our services. If you do not provide us with your contact information, we will be unable to contact you urgently.

Who else will receive my personal data?

In order to provide our services to you, we may transfer or disclose your data to the following classes of persons who may be in or outside of Hong Kong: (a) any of our group or affiliated companies engaged in providing similar services; (b) our agents, vendors, contractors or third party service providers who help us to provide services to you; (c) medical professionals, insurers and clinics/hospitals or to anyone else in order to protect life, body, limb or property. We will take all practicable steps to ensure that these persons keep personal data relating to you confidential. Where we believe that personal data relating to you is inaccurate, we will not use the data unless and until we believe that the data is no longer inaccurate e.g. by correcting or erasing the data.
